Recently many Webmasters and SEOs have reported big changes in ranks at Google. Its reply regarding all these hue and cry is because of ongoing updates for its Core Algorithm. Removing shroud of mystery Google’s Garry Illyes said that these are changes in ‘core algorithm’ and ‘not penguin’. As Webmasters are curious to see which expected Penguin updates will hit the platform- as it is expected to do so early this year- noticing some changes in overall rankings many people quickly react and term this to be Penguin update.
However, according to Google, these are just some updates at core ranking algorithm. The huge hue and cry was however not without basis as volatile results appear with search results for both the community as a whole and automated tracking tools. So guys of SEO service company, don’t get alarmed so early.
All webmasters had expected that Penguin updates would hit the market in the end of 2015. But it was not so. According to a Google spokesperson, With the holidays upon us, it looks like the penguins won’t March until next year. Hope for Penguin updates which would be real-time. Now, what’s that? As updates would hit the market your site links would be automatically analyzed in the real time scenario and depending on its quality rank changes would take place immediately.
Expect continuous Penguin updates and be patient as they would be released soon.
Year 2012 was a milestone for SEO with Google launching its Penguin updates to filter out those sites suspected of spamming its ranks through link buyouts or obtaining them via link networks focused in particular to boost them.
With further updates those sites which have removed bad links would gain its ranks. Wrongly caught ‘false positives’ sites would also regain its ranks.
