Message From CEO

Dear Webskitters,

First of all thanks to everyone to be a part of Webskitters Technology Solutions Private Limited for last couple of months/year.

As I look back on last one year I am proud to announce that we have achieved more than what we have set the target a year ago. I feel we all of us done outstanding work through our hard work and dedication towards our organization.

Let me share with you some of my thoughts which I feel worth sharing with the team:

In last 12 months our company has migrated from Web Skitters to WEBSKITTERS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. YES! We are now a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. I take this opportunity to congratulate all the members of our organization. 12 months back we had a team of only 10 people and now I am proud to say that we have crossed 50. We have grown almost 5 times!!! It’s all because of talented pool of members who worked really hard and to make our entire dream comes true.

We have faced lot of challenges in the month of July and August this year due to project shortcomings. But in spite of that we have achieved what we have targeted. All of us have worked hard to achieve the goals. This won’t be possible if we were not on TOP gear to our work .Thanks again to all of you.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce that we have opened two new verticals in our organization. One is the Codeigniter application development department and other one is the SEO department. From one man team in both the verticals we have now six people working in each of the departments. Also I would like to say that we have completed two very big budget projects in Codeigniter and working on couple of others projects that are in the pipeline to resume. In SEO department we have completed/ working on more than twenty five projects! The team is growing with a lot of projects in the pipeline.

I would like to thank both the team leads of two respective departments Kalyan Dey (Codeigniter) and Anirban Sen (SEO) for their excellent work ethics, strategy and outstanding commitment to every project. Congratulations to both of you!!!

Also we have successfully launched professional training programs for budding web developers and designers to make them expert in their fields in this IT industry. We mostly target young energetic software professionals who have zeal to work under pressure and ready to face any type of challenges which will come on their way, that’s how we work, and most importantly Webskitters work.

Along with this I would also like to tell you our future plans:

1. We are going to launch Mobile application development department very shortly.
2. We will like to make this company registered under ISO 9001. Also our aim is to be a part of Software Technology Parks of India (or the STPI) and NASSCOM.
3. Our target is to grow our member strength over 75 atleast in next coming year, which can be achieved only with our hard work and commitment towards our work in our day to day activities

I am overwhelmed with the efforts of our each and every members of our WebsKitters family. I would like to Thank and Congratulate them sincerely for their magnificent effort with special thanks to team leads – Biplab Nandi(Magento), Salehul Hossain (WordPress), Hitesh Dey (Web Design) and Nayan Ranjan Dey (Web Design). Congratulations to all of you!!! You guys really deserve a special round of applause on behalf of the whole team.

Last but not least I would like to thank my incredible Marketing Team for their more than sixteen hours a day supreme effort. Fortunate to have you people on board. You people are simply THE BEST.

Before I conclude I would like to make one final BIG announcement on behalf of shareholders of WEBSKITTERS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

The biggest festival of each Bengali is not even a month away. So we will award each and every member of our company a BONUS (incentive) irrespective of their tenure in the company before the festival starts!!!
